We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, courier delays, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders may be cancelled by Velkuna due to stock unavailability, payment issues, address issues, courier non-serviceability, operational issues, suspected fraud, or any other fulfilment limitation. In such cases, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
